Starting a new chat

1

Select a vehicle

Choose your vehicle from the dropdown. This gives the AI context about what you're working on — year, make, model, and your service history.

2

Describe your issue

Type your question or describe what you're experiencing in the text box. Be as specific as you can (see tips below).

3

Click "Start chat"

The AI will respond with its initial assessment. A typing indicator shows while it's thinking.

4

Keep the conversation going

Reply with follow-up questions or more details. The AI will ask clarifying questions when it needs more information.

Tips for describing your issue effectively

Be specific about the symptom

"Grinding noise from the front left when I apply the brakes"

"My car makes a weird noise"

Include when it happens

"Only when cold starting in the morning" · "Only above 60 mph" · "Started after I hit a pothole"

Mention recent work

"This started right after my brakes were replaced two weeks ago."

Include error codes

"The check engine light came on along with a P0420 code."
